Engage with datasets on brain and mental health to create impactful research papers.
Draft, refine, and submit research papers for publication.
Participate in workshops and seminars on research methodology and academic writing.
Craft and present at medical conferences.
Enrollment in an accredited medical school or active clinical practice.
Authorship of a paper in a peer-reviewed medical journal.
Strong research methodology and statistical analysis skills.
Excellent academic writing and communication abilities.
Proactive, detailed, and capable of working independently and in a team.
Experience in neuroscience or mental health research is advantageous.
Can work remotely, but must be within the London time zone +/- 1 hour.
Insight into startup life and experience in the health-tech sector.
Engagement with cutting-edge neuroscience and AI research.
A letter of recommendation for successful interns.
One-time stipend of £900.
Application for Stage 1 submission closing: April 30th 2024.
Stage 1 outcome notification: May 3rd 2024.
Stage 2 outcome notification: May 10th 2024.
Start date: June 17th - September 1st 2024, 3 days a week. Note that flexibility around exams and medical school schedules is provided.
Candidates must complete a two-stage application process:
Stage 1: Fill out the provided application form by April 30th 2024.
Stage 2: Short-listed candidates will be interviewed by the Research Team. Notifications for Stage 1 and Stage 2 outcomes will be on May 3rd 2024 and May 10th 2024, respectively.
